NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING PERMIT/CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
The City Council, acting as the Board of Appeals, of the City of Caledonia, will hold a public hearing at 6:15 p.m. Monday, March 27, 2017, in the Council Room, City Hall, 231 East Main Street, to consider a Zoning Application submitted by Nicholas Holty, for 1111 Courtney Drive, requesting a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in a Suburban Residential (R-1) District to construct a twin home on Lot 15 Block 2 of Doering Estates.
The legal descriptions for these parcels are as follows:
Lot 15 of block 2 of Doering Estates, Houston County, Minnesota
This proposal requires consideration of the following variances:
1. Requesting to build a twin home structure needing a 7 7 variance and a 1910 variance on rear lot line (East)
