The girls golf team picked up their first win of the season with a 224 in the triangular with Lewiston, and Rushford-Peterson.

“We came away with two wins,” said head coach Mitch Mullins.

The Warriors still carded the win even with being short-handed for the triangular.

“We played short-handed and came out with a win, so I was pleased with that,” Mullins said.

Still, the coach sees areas that his team can improve.

“We have quite a bit of room for improvement, and the girls know that,” he said. “But it was nice to finally get out and compete, and it is good we will be competing again on Thursday, April 13th. We need to get better each time out.”

Katrina Paulson was the meet medalist with a 49.
