Burfield killed in one vehicle accident Nov. 2

Daniel Burfield 25, formerly of Houston County, was killed in a one vehicle accident on County Road 12 near Caledonia early Sunday morning.
At 1:46 a.m. the Houston County Sheriff’s Office was called to a one vehicle rollover accident on County Road 12 just outside of the City of Caledonia. Caledonia Ambulance, Caledonia Fire Department and Houston County Sheriff Deputies and the Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner responded to the scene.
Three individuals were involved in the accident, with Burfield being pronounced deceased as a result of the rollover accident. The other two individuals, James Valentine Wise 24 and Jeremy Keton Wise, 22, both of rural Spring Grove, were uninjured and cleared by medical personnel.
This accident is currently under investigation by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of the Minnesota State Patrol.
