Alex Schleich carried the ball 34 times for 175 yards and a TD.
The
Warrior defense (above) held the Rebels on a first and goal from the
three yard line and forced them to go for a field goal. The field goal
was blocked (below) by Trent Meyer (44) and Zach Lechner(5).
Isaac
Fruechte came up with the only turnover of the game, when he picked of
a Rebel pass and went 46 yards for a TD late in the third period to
push the Warrior lead to 37-13.
Ryan Goetzinger had three catches for 55 yards and a TD. Here he gets a little help from Andy Bauer.
The
Warrior defense held the Rebels to 225 yards of offense. Here Ryan
Goetzinger (24) pulls down a Rebel ball carrier, as Phil Schulze (8),
Eddie hodges (48) and Trent Meyer (44) move in to help.
