Zoning requests to be considered are:

• A 15-foot setback variance on the east (front) property line; required setback is 30 feet.

• Petition to vacate or relocate a segment of Washington Street from the west right-of-way line of Pine Street westward to the Courthouse Square as depicted on the original plat of the City of Caledonia.

• Petition to vacate or relocate a segment of Marshall Street from the north right-of-way line of the south street northward to the Courthouse Square as depicted on the original plat of the City of Caledonia.

Interested persons may testify in person at the public hearing by written notice, by agent or by attorney and my present evidence in favor of, or in opposition to the county’s requests.
