Ron Chamberlin, President of Eitzen State Bank is proud of how his expansion turned out at both the Caledonia and Eitzen branches of the bank.

Work began on the project in Eitzen, which is nearing completion, in late fall.

“We used to share a kitchen area in the basement with space we used for a board room,” said Chamberlin. “Now the board room and other offices can all be on one level.”

The project was done by local contractors, for both the Eitzen project as well as a canopy which was added to the Caledonia branch in the later part of last year.

“We increased by four additional offices,” said Chamberlin. “Two of which are filled already. The third office is used on a part-time basis.”

Chamberlin is pleased with how the project has come together.

“It has turned out real nice,” said Chamberlin.

An open house to give customers and curious citizens a chance to view the new space at the Eitzen branch is being planned for April 4 in the afternoon.

“We hope people will stop by and take a look at it,” said Chamberlin.

More information on the open house will be featured in an ad upcoming in The Argus.
