First track meet of the year sees solid finish |

The Logan Invitational was held this past Tuesday and the Caledonia/Spring Grove teams both performed well.
Several individual goals were reached and the team got a taste of the season after an early schedule marred by rain delays.
On the boys side, the meet was won by Logan Red with 183 points. Logan Red also won the girls meet with 137 points.

“I was happy with effort of the guys,” said head boys coach Carl
Fruechte. It’s hard as we have not been outside much because of
weather.”
Cody Petersen placed first in the 200M sprint with a time of 23.87.
“Cody Petersen ran a great 100m and 200m, great times this early in year,” said Fruechte.
The rained-out meet in Caledonia was made up Monday, April 21. Information will be included in next week’s Argus.
