Wedding apparel style show will benefit Relay for Life

A style show of wedding apparel has been scheduled for Thursday, July 17, at 7 p.m., at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Caledonia. The former Founder’s Days Committee invites you to join them for this style show with proceeds going to the American Cancer Society Houston County Relay for Life.
“The price per ticket is $8 which includes the show, dessert, beverage and conversation,” said Jane Schiltz, who is this year’s co-chair of the Relay for Life.
If you would like to show your wedding dress, please contact her at 725-2002. If you, or a special friend, would like to model your dress, please contact Jane, who is this year’s co-chair of the Relay for Life. There will be young ladies available to model your dress, if needed.
Please contact her soon as the committee must have the wedding apparel prior to Wednesday, July 9.
The style show is one of many fundraisers held prior to the Relay for Life. Among them are bake sales, grill outs, and rummage sales, according to co-chair Glenda Miller. This year’s Relay for Life is Friday, Saturday, August 1-2, at the Caledonia Area Elementary School on Main Street.
