The ride will start at the Lawrence Lake Marina at approximately 11:00 a.m. and will follow the Mississippi river, ending at the Shelhorn Bar and Grill.

“Regardless of your chosen mode of transportation, car, boat, or bike, a route will be planned for you,” said Donna.  She added: “Maps will be available the day of the ride.”

There will be lunch specials planned along the way.

Benefit

“This year our Kruz’n event will benefit Joann Krenzke and Julie Twite, local friends and victims of the terrible mudslides last year,” said Donna. “We are asking for donations for this event, anything you can offer would be appreciated.”

Registration is $10 per person before the event (until closing Friday) and $15 per person the day of the event.

$10 raffle tickets are available for a 2008 4x4 Arctic Cat. There will also be many silent auction items. 100% of the proceeds benefit mudslide victims.

“We hope to see you there,” said Donna, “and thanks in advance for the help.”
