Studio M opened its doors about a year and a half ago in Caledonia. Owner Kristina Hauser is adding more options for a holistic approach to wellness.

Hauser recently added a sauna, which helps with circulation as one of its health benefits. "The sauna is open and people are using it," said Hauser. It costs $30 for a 40 minute session, but people get an hour for changing before and after the session.
